In an industry where your revenue literally depends on your equipment being in great working condition, you can’t run the risk of something vital breaking down.

Enter our service contracts.

In essence, this is a monthly payment subscription service for engineering support. Within this, is a proactive approach to caring for your equipment with the belief that proactive maintenance is usually cheaper than reactive maintenance.

As part of this service, we offer two different levels of support.

Our Support Plan

The basic level of service is called SUPPORT. This includes the following:

  • Staged monthly payment taken via direct debit to reduce hassle
  • Annual safety & preventative maintenance check which is a thorough visual check of your equipment to assess its condition; any parts required are chargeable
  • 5% discount on all parts required
  • 1 free call out per surgery per annum

Our Ultimate Plan

Our comprehensive level of service is called ULTIMATE. This includes the following:

  • Staged monthly payment taken via direct debit to reduce hassle
  • Annual servicing in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions including all manufacturer service parts, carried out at the beginning of the contract
  • 10% discount on all parts required excluding the manufacturer’s service kit fitted at the beginning of the contract, which is free
  • Unlimited free callouts per surgery per annum
