Are you considering refurbishing, relocating, or even creating a new dental surgery? We know how daunting such a project can seem, this is why the first step in our design and fit out process is a free consultation with our experts to discuss turning your dreams into reality! During the first site visit, we will sit down and cover areas such as:

a. Equipment preferences and related installation/usage requirements.

b. Your priorities relating to layout and design, workflow, and space utilisation.

c. Compliance, and achieving your targets whilst creating consistently satisfied customers.

We love to share our many years of experience in undertaking fit out projects for discerning clients and will provide advice and guidance as to what features we feel work well. However, this is your practice, so understanding and creating the look and feel that you want to achieve is of the utmost importance.

Design & Visualization

Following our initial consultation we’ll create design concepts, incorporating your desired features. CAD drawings can also be produced, together with imagery to help you to visualise the end result. Following approval of these concepts and drawings, we’ll arrange some further discussions, either face to face or via Skype, in order to fine-tune the plans so that we can provide an accurate quotation.

Project Management

The plans are all finalised and the contract is signed; we’re now on the verge of creating the vision you have for your practice! To ensure that your project runs as smoothly as possible, we assign a dedicated project manager who will strive to achieve our mutual goals of:

  • Working around active surgery and the operating times.
  • Ensuring completion of proposed works within estimated budget and tight deadlines.
  • Compliance with CQC standards.
  • Providing you with regular progress updates.

On completion, the site will be cleaned and handed over, ready for you to enjoy using!


Global Dental’s foundations are in the aftercare sector of our business, which is why we regard maintenance as being of all-importance following a fit-out project or equipment install.

Snagging: We understand that following the completion of a project, snagging issues may arise. Fear not! If anything of this nature is brought to our attention within 6 months of the project being signed off we will ensure that it is resolved swiftly and to your complete satisfaction.

Training: It’s essential that your valuable equipment is properly used and maintained in order to maximise its working life. Global Dental offer specific user training on all equipment that we install and will use our initial consultation to ascertain whether you would like this to be included.
