Our client, Tom Owen of Wish Dental was operating from a small practice in Poynton, Stockport. Having set his sights on scaling up to a larger practice, an opportunity arose for him to acquire new premises, across the road from his current location.
The high end dental practice included a large reception area, 5 surgeries, an X-ray room, CBCT room, decontamination room, store rooms, staff kitchen, rest areas and facilities.
Our sister company, HiSpace were commissioned to renovate and refurbish the property, in accordance with CQC and DDA compliance.
Internal construction works involved building new walls with sound board and insulation /radiation protection to the relevant areas. The full fit out incorporated stunning glass partitioned offices, fire compliant internal timber doors, specialist lead lined doors for the X-Ray rooms, external steel doors, new ceilings, flooring, joinery works, reception desk, cabinetry, kitchen and bathroom fittings, lighting, decorating and exterior signage.
Associated services such as plumbing, electrics, heating and air conditioning were included within the scope of the project.
What we delivered
The project included the purchase and installation of high end Diplomat treatment centres, X-Ray units and the relocation and installation of existing dental equipment from Tom’s previous practice, to maintain a cost effective approach.
The outcome
Our client is extremely happy with the layout, design, styling and quality of the new practice which has enhanced the patient experience. The seamless execution of the project allowed for an effortless transition from concept to completion. All the new dental equipment was purchased with service contracts in place, to keep the practice running smoothly.
