Fit-out from block shell
This impressive, modern practice came to Global Dental’s specialists with a unique relocation challenge: a deadline for a move from concept to launch in a new site (at that point an entirely block shell building!) within just eight weeks.
Mola Dental’s urgent need for a new location meant moving rapidly to make it happen. The result? A full package from contract signing to CQC inspection in exactly two weeks followed by snagging and ongoing support with the inevitable challenges of a new site launch.
What we delivered
Design of mezzanine: Design, maximising head height, structural engineers etc in place for compliance.
Layout: Including forward-planning for CT scanner and consultation rooms to follow.
Future proofing services: Plus comprehensive testing.
Air handling system: Featuring 10 ACH in surgeries and 10L/S per person in the remaining spaces.
Impactful visual aesthetic: A smart, contemporary and welcoming look with a minimalist feel.
